FEMSA operates through the following subsidiaries:



Coca-Cola FEMSA (53.7% owned) is the largest Coca-Cola bottler in Latin America and the second largest in the world, measured by sales volume. It has operations in 9 countries throughout Latin America, including Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Central America, and Venezuela.

FEMSA Cerveza (100% owned) is one of Mexico's leading brewers, producing and distributing such brands as Tecate, Sol, Dos Equis, and Carta Blanca; it also exports beer to over 50 countries worldwide. In 2006, we acquired Kaiser (83% owned), a brewer in Brazil, which is Latin America's largest beer market.

FEMSA Comercio (100% owned) operates Oxxo, the largest convenience-store chain in Mexico. Oxxo has more than 5,500 stores strategically located throughout the country's most important metropolitan areas. Due to its fast pace of growth, just over 700 new stores per year, it is now the tenth largest convenience store chain globally.

FEMSA also has packaging and logistics operations, which provide cans, glass bottles, crown caps, labels, and refrigeration equipment to its core beverage operations. Other services include strategic logistics management primarily for FEMSA's subsidiary companies, as well as for external customers.
